Arthur Shek is the Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Hong Kong office. He has extensive experience in driving change with technology with companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Over the years, he has led many significant digital transformation efforts with multinational financial institutions, conglomerates, and family-owned businesses. In recent years, Arthur has worked on a number of AI-led transformations, holistically involving GenAI, data analytics, robotics, to drive innovation in strategy and business model, as well as sustainable changes in operating model and ways of working.

Arthur is passionate about Hong Kong. He is a member of the Financial Services Development Council, Better Hong Kong Foundation, as well as the Vision 2047 Foundation. Arthur is also a Co-Founder of the Melo Program, a not-for-profit platform dedicated to empowering youth in Hong Kong. Arthur holds an BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and he is a Past President of the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Hong Kong.
