Mr. Kenneth She is the Chief Transformation Officer of Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN). Joined HKBN in 2023, Kenneth is tasked to drive operational synergy and transformative growth across the residential and enterprise business segments, helping to identify and implement disruptive business models and strategic initiatives to propel HKBN’s evolution as an industry leader. A young and dynamic C-suite executive, Kenneth brings an exceptional combination of experiences as both entrepreneur and corporate leader from industries like technology, education, healthcare, mobility and finance.
Prior to HKBN, Kenneth was the Chief Operating Officer at Preface, a Series A EdTech venture, where he played a crucial role in transforming it into a market leader in coding and AI education training. Before that, he served as CEO of Humansa, a flagship elderly care and wellness platform under New World Group. He was also Uber Hong Kong’s first employee and General Manager, leading the ride-sharing platform’s growth into a ubiquitous service in Hong Kong, serving millions of users and drivers.
In his early career, Kenneth started in investment banking in 2010, focusing on the real estate, gaming, and education industries in China and Southeast Asia, helping companies raise funds through IPOs and debt financing.
Kenneth holds a master’s degree in engineering, economics, and management from the University of Oxford, with full scholarship as both the Hang Seng Overseas Scholar and Lee Shau Kee Scholar. In 2019, he was included in Tatler’s list of Generation T Asia honourees. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Selections and a Board Member of the United World Colleges Hong Kong Committee.
