Ed Rolston, a Hong Kong\u2011born, delivery\u2011led food brand built around great dough, real ingredients, and food that\u2019s designed for how people actually eat today.<\/p>\n

A former professional rugby player, Rolston represented both the Leicester Tigers (UK) and Hong Kong\u2019s senior national team before a career\u2011ending neck injury forced an early retirement. That experience shaped his approach to business \u2014 grounded in discipline, teamwork, and doing things properly.<\/p>\n

In 2019, Rolston co\u2011founded Dough Bros with longtime friend and teammate Matt Lamming (CEO), building the first store by hand and developing a sourdough pizza and fresh doughnut concept designed for delivery. From the outset, the focus was simple: quality without elitism, food worth looking forward to, and a brand that felt genuine.<\/p>\n

Today, Rolston leads Dough Bros\u2019 brand, marketing & creative direction, helping grow the business from a single neighbourhood shop into a multi\u2011market brand across Hong Kong and internationally, while staying true to its original point of view.<\/p>\n
