Jerome Evangelista is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the petroleum industry, covering the entire value chain—from supply trading to retail operations.

He began his career at Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. before joining SEAOIL Philippines, where he has spent the last decade. Currently, he serves as vice president for enterprise marketing and pricing and non-fuel retail, overseeing strategic pricing, fuel storage leasing, and SEAOIL’s 7-Eleven franchised store operations.

Evangelista blends analytical rigor with creative problem-solving. His career includes participation in the development of PriceLOCQ, an app that enables customers to lock in fuel prices for future use, and a unique station (DOX) franchise package, which helped expand SEAOIL’s network to over 800 stations.

Beyond corporate leadership, Evangelista is a dedicated educator and lifelong learner. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in business economics at the University of Asia and the Pacific, where he also teaches master’s students in industrial economics, sharing his expertise in pricing strategies, innovation, behavioural economics, and systems thinking. Additionally, he is a guest lecturer at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
