Shielda Fahreisa is the chief commercial officer of Dr. Shiba, the Philippines’ leading functional pet wellness brand and the flagship of Tyger Brands, a Southeast Asian consumer company building the region’s leading portfolio of pet brands. Dr. Shiba pioneered functional treats and supplements for dogs and cats in the Philippines and has since evolved into a full-spectrum pet brand covering daily nutrition, supplements, and everything a dog owner needs in one place.

The brand has served over three million customers across five markets, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and the UK, through more than 1,500 retail locations and major e-commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee Mall, and LazMall.

She joined Dr. Shiba from The Parent Inc., where she served as chief commercial officer, overseeing commercial operations for Mama’s Choice and theAsianparent, Southeast Asia’s largest parenting platform. Prior to that, she led account management at TikTok Shop Indonesia. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Shopee, Lazada, and Uber, giving her a strong, ground-level perspective on how consumer brands scale across every major platform in the region.
