Tracy Lui has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and communications in the tourism and hospitality sector. She is currently the senior assistant director of marketing communications and Retail at Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG), overseeing marketing, communications, events, guest relations, and retail. She is responsible for boosting awareness and revenue for MFLG\u2019s attractions, guided tours, F&B offerings, and retail operations at Mount Faber Peak and Sentosa.<\/p>\n

Before joining MFLG in 2016, she gained 20 years of experience in public relations, with roles in PR agencies and in-house positions. Lui pursued her passion for the hospitality industry and spent nine years at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts overseeing PR for Southeast Asia and later led PR for international hotel management company Radisson Hotel Group in the Asia Pacific region. She holds a bachelor of business, major in marketing from Monash University in Australia.<\/p>\n
