Bianca Ho is a dynamic entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as the co-founder and COO of Wati, a global SaaS company. At Wati, Bianca drives the mission to simplify business messaging and empower entrepreneurs to grow their companies more intelligently.

Under her leadership, Wati has developed a comprehensive platform that enables scaling SMBs to efficiently manage their sales, marketing, and support conversations on WhatsApp. The company’s innovative solutions now serve over 10,000 customers worldwide.

Bianca’s strategic acumen has attracted investments from industry giants like Sequoia, DST, and Shopify – notably securing Shopify’s first business investment in Asia. Her efforts have led Wati to significant recognition, including a place on the Deloitte Fast 50 list for Hong Kong & China and the Forbes Asia 100 to Watch list in 2024.

A graduate of Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, Bianca began her professional journey at JP Morgan. She then honed her skills as a business development manager at Zendesk, experiences that proved invaluable in her current role.
