Magda Wolder is a seasoned marketing leader renowned for her ability to drive brand growth through innovation. With 17 years of experience, both client-side and agency, Wolder has successfully contributed to the growth of global brands such as The LEGO Group, tech giant – Google, and entertainment disruptors – Netflix and Sky. Her expertise encompasses creative and media innovation, strategic acumen, and a dynamic leadership style characterised by empathy.
Currently based in Singapore and serving as the GTM innovation director at The LEGO Group’s Creative Play Lab, she leads a multinational team responsible for crafting strategic marketing plans for new play innovations. Previously, Wolder led an innovation arm for Google’s digital agency, Essence, in the APAC region; created and headed up the creative strategy function back in the London hub for clients including Google, NBC Universal, L’Oreal, and Airbnb.
