Yvonne\u2019s passion is to lead customer transformation as an innovative, relationship-driven commercial entrepreneur to create shared value for all stakeholders and bring positive change to the broader community. Leveraging on her experiences in multi-brand, multi-channel, digital customer driven roles, she is focused on becoming a leader to lead an organization into the future with purpose, and sustainability at it heart with an ambition to improve customer experience, wellbeing and adoption of technology.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to her current role, Yvonne was the ex-Chief Marketing Officer and founding leader of AlipayHK. She is a well-known marketer and change leader in the Fintech industry and a Chartered Marketer and Fellow Member (FCIM) of Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) as well as a winner for Distinguished Marketing Leadership of HKMA\/TVB Marketing Excellence Awards 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance (First Class Hons &amp; Dean\u2019s List Award), a Master of Arts degree in Communication, a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management, and a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a research focus in Digital Marketing.
