Norafida Ramlee is a strategic marketing and communications leader with experience across technology, FMCG, and hospitality sectors. She currently leads marketing at EON, a multi-brand automotive and mobility group, driving brand building, PR, partnerships and performance marketing across the business.

Her experience spans brand strategy, integrated campaigns, public relations, digital and performance marketing, with a focus on connecting strategy with business results.

Beyond her professional role, Norafida is passionate about nurturing the next generation of marketers. As the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) ambassador – Malaysia, she supports young marketing talent while sharing practical perspectives from her industry experience.
