Raymond Siva is a strategist with over 30 years of leadership experience across corporate strategy, investment attraction, communications, government engagement and digital transformation. With a career rooted in both private and public sectors, Siva has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to C-suites and governments across ASEAN.

Siva currently leads Asia Pacific AI and digital transformation initiatives focused on sustainable digital infrastructure, data sovereignty and workforce development. Previously, as senior vice president of the Digital Investment Office at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), he helped attract major digital investments from companies including Nvidia, AWS and ByteDance.

A former CEO of Edelman Indonesia and managing director of Edelman Malaysia, Siva has also led IPO communications, global investor engagements and teams serving brands such as Unilever, Samsung, Petronas and Shell. His work across communications, public affairs and the digital economy has earned him numerous accolades, including the Malaysia Digital Transformation “Dare to Do” Award in 2024.
