Blessy Townes is a hospitality marketing thought leader with a global speaking footprint, known for her insights on Asia Pacific travel and digital strategy. With over two decades of experience in digital marketing—14 years of which have been dedicated to the hospitality industry—she combines strategic insight with creative vision to help hotels craft meaningful guest journeys through digital innovation and authentic narratives. She holds a master’s degree in advertising from the University of Santo Tomas and has shared her expertise as professor for a day at Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management.

A founding member of Triptease’s Hotel Heroes Council, Townes is committed to educating and empowering the hotel industry worldwide. She leads the digital transformation of Discovery Hospitality, a pioneering Filipino hotel group behind some of the Philippines’ most iconic and award-winning properties. Through thoughtful leadership and a passion for innovation, she continues to inspire hoteliers to build brands with purpose and impact.
