Francis Adrian H. Viernes is currently the head of data science and analytics at Megaworld Corporation, one of the country’s largest property developers. Previously, he held key positions as chief analytics officer and chief data scientist at Advance Tech Lending, a fast-growing fintech company in Southeast Asia. He also played a pioneering role in establishing the analytics team at Leechiu Property Consultants, the largest property consulting firm in the Philippines. Before that, he led a department at global property consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Prior to his career in analytics, he spent eight years at FactSet Philippines as an associate content manager. In addition to his professional achievements, Viernes is a respected speaker and educator. He has been invited to share his insights at global conferences and teaches Ffnance and data analytics at renowned institutions such as Ateneo De Manila University, De La Salle University, University of Santo Tomas, University of Asia and the Pacific, Southville Colleges, and Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU).
