Kate Delos Reyes is a seasoned marketing and digital leader with over two decades of experience driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across tech startups and multinational enterprises. She is currently a fractional CMO and a lecturer at the University of the Philippines Manila.

Her expertise spans customer and revenue growth, brand and content strategy, digital marketing, and operations. At her core, Delos Reyes is a builder of brands, high-performing teams, and purpose-led businesses. Most recently, she founded Beacon Care Inc., the Philippines’ first mental health and well-being platform dedicated to supporting parents through accessible and affordable care. Prior to this, she held key roles at Yahoo and Edamama, where she helped scale digital strategies and build brand impact at a national level.
