Prior to Kenvue, Lagao held marketing and media leadership roles at L’Oréal and Colgate-Palmolive, where he built a strong foundation in brand building, digital transformation, and consumer-centric strategy across both local and regional roles. With over a decade of experience across key FMCG and health categories, he brings a combination of strategic vision and executional excellence to every initiative he leads.
