He brings with him a wide-ranging background in business leadership, with a proven track record across product, brand, advertising (including activations, events, and digital), retail operations, and business development.<\/p>\n

Paglinawan has spent over a decade in product management, giving him a strong instinct for product ranging and optimisation. He has held roles across multiple industries, categories, and on both client and vendor sides. His entrepreneurial spirit and results-driven mindset have made him a trusted figure in both corporate and commercial environments.<\/p>\n

Prior to Anta, he held key roles at BDO Unibank, where he developed a best-in-class product through the American Express Cathay Pacific credit card partnership\u2014and Luxasia Philippines, where he led successful launch campaigns for brands such as Bulgari, Burberry, and Salvatore Ferragamo.<\/p>\n
