Starting his career at Agoda, he developed his digital knowledge and expertise early on. He has built on his branding, marketing, and commercial experience in industries such as FMCG, finance, tech, and automotive. His work in multinational corporations (MNCs) has involved numerous digital transformation and customer experience projects. In recent years, he has shifted to more sales and commercial roles, particularly in e-commerce, to further enhance his ability to drive business targets and deliverables.
