Nattaphol Phanichkul is a commercial leader with a track record spanning country general management, regional account leadership, and sales management across Southeast Asia. His career has been built in consumer-driven organisations including P&G, Nike, and Samsung, where he led growth across complex wholesale, retail, and partner ecosystems with direct commercial accountability.

More recently, Phanichkul expanded his leadership into the technology space, heading business development for a tech start-up exploring Metaverse and Web3 applications across multiple industries. This experience reinforced a core belief that technology alone does not create value. Sustainable growth comes from how organisations apply innovation to serve consumers better, build mutually reinforcing partnerships, and enable teams to perform at scale.
