Reena started her career in 1999 with Print media (Indian Express) as Brand associate and moved on to Television industry for good 8 years (Zee TV, Star News In India). She moved to Toronto and worked with Global media-Toronto, before becoming fascinated by digital industry and moving to Yahoo Inc. in 2009. Reena had a brief stint with Alibaba as Director – Agency Relationship before moving to Microsoft Advertising in 2018. She has worked across multiple cities in India and Canada.

Her experience has taught her that it takes innovation and inclusive culture as founding pillars to build a company with a vision of the future. The company needs to be grounded in its people and its consumers to make it a thriving entity with purpose.
