Vijay is a customer growth, marketing, and analytics expert, globally. He has 17+ years of experience across FlipKart, Google (US & India), Amazon US, Merkle and more. Vijay launched B2C CRM programmes across top US satellite TV, telecom, retail and fashion clients at Merkle.

Vijay launched measurable global marketing TV and digital campaigns across Amazon’s global sites – US, UK, Germany, China and Japan. He also launched B2B SMB hyper-targeted marketing and targeted campaigns to improve advertiser success and budget improvements globally in 40 countries at Google.

Vijay launched India’s first e-commerce loyalty programme and other growth initiatives to restore hyper growth. He launched and measured many successful experiments across the e-commerce funnel to improve conversion. Vijay was awarded top 50 influential customer loyalty and service individuals across India, APAC by CMO Asia in 2019.
