With a strong background in communication, Mingo achieved significant recognition by getting the 2nd place in the Toastmaster International Speech Contest within the competitive Southern China District. Additionally, his exceptional sales acumen led him to be honored as the “Top Salesperson of the Year” at the prestigious 45th Distinguished Salesperson Award (OYSA) in Hong Kong.

Currently, Mingo serves as the visionary leader overseeing all marketing and branding initiatives at Bowtie, one of Asia’s fastest-growing insurtech companies. Under his guidance, his team is dedicated to establishing Bowtie as the premier health and insurance content creator in Hong Kong.

Mingo holds an Executive MBA from a prestigious joint program offered by Columbia Business School, London Business School, and HKU. This program has been recognized with the top rank in the QS Universities Rankings in 2018.
