Josh currently leads EssenceMediacom across APAC, tasked with scaling the agency’s capabilities and providing consistent leadership for its clients across the region.  Concurrently, Josh has also recently been given the responsibility to oversee GroupM’s client strategy capability and talent communities.
In his 20+ years of experience in the industry, Josh has led teams to transform global client processes to combine media, creative, and data.  In doing so he has won creative and technology awards on the biggest global stage, developed solutions that have redefined the digital practice and authored unique training approaches to constantly develop how teams better immerse themselves in our client’s business.
