She currently leads the communications and community division at Bluebird Group, where she oversees public relations, internal communications, community engagement, and social media. Her strength lies in shaping reputation through storytelling-driven communications, building trust by connecting the company’s day-to-day realities with narratives that feel human, consistent, and credible. Whether in times of growth, transition, or public attention, she brings clarity and context to how the company shows up. Beyond her corporate role, she contributes to Indonesia’s PR landscape as part of the national board of Perhumas (2025–2027), promoting ethical and forward-looking communication practices across the industry.
