She is currently head of communications for Danone Southeast Asia, overseeing strategic storytelling, executive profiling, and external stakeholder engagement in support of the company\u2019s purpose-led mission in the region.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Roberts previously headed regional communications for Kimberly-Clark, where she guided transformation initiatives, crafted\u00a0issue\u00a0and crisis frameworks, and built public\u2013private partnerships that elevated thought leadership. Notably, her redesign of the Kotex She Can Project in Malaysia delivered a 15x year-on-year penetration uplift. Her earlier roles at Shopee Malaysia and in agency work sharpened her instinct for trend-led storytelling, reputation management, and the ability to navigate fast-developing environments across business, government, and community spheres.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
