Adi Timbol-Hernandez joined McDonald’s Philippines in 2011 to lead PR and communications and now heads corporate relations and impact, overseeing reputation management, strategic communications, public affairs, sustainability, crisis management, customer care, and Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). She pioneered the brand’s social media presence, launching Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in 2011, and built its foundation for content excellence and social customer care.

Passionate about inclusivity and community impact, she champions diversity in McDonald’s 60,000-strong workforce and leads education and volunteer programs with the Department of Social Welfare and Development. A graduate of De La Salle University and Hamburger University in Chicago, Timbol-Hernandez also served as president of the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) and is VP of RMHC and the PANA Foundation.

Outside work, Timbol-Hernandez enjoys pop culture, history, Korean dramas, and life with her husband and kids.
