As lead of Mondelēz International’s corporate and government affairs function, Punzalan oversees the company’s internal and external communications, stakeholder relations and community involvement.

Punzalan is passionate about advocacy work, of connecting intent and objectives with strategic planning and communications, to deliver measurable outcomes for the business. She is a writer by heart and by profession, a mom to two wonderful kids, and an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and autism awareness.
