Karen Davila is a multi-awarded broadcast journalist in the Philippines with thirty-two years experience in television journalism. She is known for her hard hitting and insightful interviews on her daily political program, HEADSTART and years of documentary story telling which have won her the UNICEF CHILD RIGHTS AWARD, a CNN WORLD REPORT Bronze Award and a New York Festival Silver Medal. Davila has been awarded prestigious the TEN OUTSTANDING MEN AWARDS (TOYM) and the THE OUTSTANDING WOMEN IN THE NATION’S SERVICE (TOWNS) Awards. She was a YOUNG GLOBAL LEADER of the WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM and just this 2023, was appointed the FIRST UN WOMEN NATIONAL GOODWILL AMBASSADOR.
