Marion Limlengco has spent over a decade in communications, leading Avon Philippines through restructuring, transformation, and some of the most defining moments in the brand’s local history.

As head of communications at Avon Philippines, she oversees corporate affairs, media relations, crisis communications, and salesforce engagement for one of Asia Pacific’s largest direct selling networks, with hundreds of thousands of representatives and sales leaders across the country. She serves as Avon’s official corporate spokesperson and a senior communications advisor to country and regional leadership. She has led communications through periods of significant organizational change, building alignment across internal teams, field networks, and external stakeholders while keeping the brand’s legacy intact.

A three-time recipient of the Avon International Purpose Award, Limlengco builds communications programs that drive real impact for women and the business. She holds a degree in Communication Arts, Cum Laude, from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
