Nikki Constantino brings over 25 years of experience in corporate and marketing communications, having built strong brands and reputations for institutions such as Citibank, China Bank, and AXA Philippines. She began her career in media as a copywriter for ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation and later held editorial leadership roles in top publishing houses such as Summit Media and One Mega Group, helping shape her audience-first approach to communications. Since joining CIMB in April 2023, she has strengthened the Bank’s brand and PR performance. She has also built CIMB’s CSR program from the ground up and continues to play a key role in crisis communications management. She holds a degree in journalism from the University of the Philippines Diliman and has taken career-relevant programs from the Asian Institute of Management as well as from Harvard University Online.
