Therese Ezra Castrojas-Galang is an accomplished marketing and communications expert with over 14 years of international experience across logistics, medical technology, remittances, real estate, hospitality, and media relations. She currently serves as vice president of corporate affairs and communications at Airspeed Group of Companies, a Filipino-owned end-to-end logistics company, where she established the company’s first marketing communications team and directed integrated strategies that boosted revenue and profitability. Castrojas-Galang’s expertise lies in strategic brand management, digital and performance marketing, corporate communications, and customer experience. Over her career, she has improved brand value, increased market presence, and achieved measurable ROI through data-driven campaigns and strategic alliances. She has held leadership positions at LBC Express and Carl Zeiss, aiding in their global expansion and brand development. She earned her undergraduate degree in Speech Communication – Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines and completed coursework toward a Master of Development Communication. Additionally, she completed CMO Leadership Development at the Asian Institute of Management.
