Shannen is a seasoned communications practitioner with over 20 years of experience in corporate affairs, brand and corporate PR, crisis, and marketing communications, as well as sustainability and CSR.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s adept at building holistic and strategic communications for effective stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation building to advance business objectives and agenda with governments, NGOs, local communities, and the media across Asia Pacific. In this regard, Shannen has been a strategic counsel and partner to members of the C-suite and leadership teams in different companies across diverse industries which include FMCG, sports, pharmaceutical, consumer tech and finance.<\/p>\n

An award-winning practitioner in communications, sustainability and reporting, Shannen is currently the Vice-President and Head of Strategic Communications and Sustainability at Income Insurance Limited. She continues to leverage her deep experience in communications to safeguard and advance the company\u2019s reputation as a people-first company that builds financial protection and resilience for all.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Shannen leads the company\u2019s sustainability strategy and drives its progressive agenda in climate action and transition, financial protection and inclusion, people and community investment to deliver positive social impact and build stronger communities in Singapore.<\/p>\n
