Chris Brummitt spent 17 years as a journalist with the Associated Press and Bloomberg, reporting on politics, economics, war and crisis across Pakistan, Afghanistan, Indonesia and the Middle East. He moved in-house to communications roles at Google and Uber across Asia Pacific, rising to Senior Director of Communications at Uber, managing teams through product launches and regulatory fights in some of the region’s toughest markets. He now runs Chris Brummitt Advisory, working with organisations and individuals on high-stakes moments, including launches, reputational crises, regulatory battles, and stories that need to land across Asia and internationally.
