Anne Rayner is Chief Solutions Officer for the Insights Division at Kantar in APAC

Having lived and worked in Sydney and Hong Kong, Anne is currently based in Singapore, and is delighted to be back in Asia to indulge her love of great Asian food and travel! She has had a diverse career spanning over 20 years with Kantar, having worked across global, regional, and country roles, and across both brand & communication expertise as well as business leadership roles.

As Chief Solutions Officer, Anne works with a regional team of talented experts spanning Kantar’s offer, dedicated to scaling the best expertise of Kantar across APAC. She previously was Managing Director for Kantar Malaysia, Cambodia, and Myanmar, and steered these businesses through transformation as well as through Covid. She relishes the opportunity to work with diverse and talented leaders across markets to bring out the best in them individually and as a leadership team.

Anne also leads Inclusion & Diversity for Kantar APAC, and as much as she enjoys speaking at conferences and events, she really is passionate about making a difference in the lived experience of our employees at Kantar through the amazing work our local I&D steercos do.
