Joshua has over 10+ years of experience in marketing. He started his career as a digital media planner at Dentsu International (US) in 2013. He later joined Dentsu International (France) as group manager of the social media department. In 2016, Joshua helped establish the social media and programmatic division of 360i Chicago (a Dentsu company) before relocating to Japan to join Dentsu Inc. in 2017. At Dentsu Inc. Japan, Joshua was the Head of Programmatic and Data Strategy.

In 2018, Joshua went to work for the Dentsu Inc.-backed start-up CHEQ. He was the Chief Client Officer before shifting to the MD APAC in 2020.

In July 2020, he returned to Dentsu Inc. as the analytics and innovative solutions director for global brands.
