Courtney Lau joined OneDegree as Head of Growth in 2024 to boost OneDegree’s digital distribution channel and further scale up for reaching profitability. Courtney is a digital native who has more than a decade of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce. Coming from a 4As advertising agency, she has worked on multiple bank and finance institution accounts including HSBC, FWD and Promise to strategize their acquisition and brand activities. In 2021, she joined Dyson as eCommerce manager to help drive DTC eCommerce business and owners experience in both Hong Kong and Taiwan.
