In her current role, Rita oversees customer and brand marketing strategy, customer experience, strategic alliances, corporate communications, and community impact at AIA. Her efforts aim to unlock growth opportunities, drive customer advocacy, and cultivate brand affinity.

Before AIA, Rita built a wealth of integrated marketing experience through her leadership positions across the global financial services, technology, and media sectors, as well as a virtual bank start-up.

Passionate about making a difference, Rita is a founding member of the HK Management Association Sustainability Award and served on the Oxfam Fundraising Committee. A Certified ESG Planner, she has also volunteered in a 3-year mentorship programme for new immigrants and helped build houses for the underprivileged in Fiji.
