As Head of Mobility Marketing at Shell Hong Kong, Ivy leads integrated marketing and loyalty strategies to drive sales, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver seamless experiences across fuels, EV charging, convenience retail, and car care for both B2B and B2C customers. With extensive experience in operations, partnerships, and project management in retail, e-payment, and energy sectors across Hong Kong and APAC, she combines strategic insight with execution excellence. Beyond work, Ivy serves on the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Customer Service Excellence and advocates DE&I as a committee member of the HKGCC Women’s Executive Club.
