Prior joining Chinachem Group (CCG) , Jack has gained extensive knowledge as Consultant involved in the fields of Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, Airlines and FSI projects to assist various MNC clients to evolve in the design and implementation of various CRM and digital solutions. In 2019, Jack joined CCG and was the Group Director of Innovation and Digital Transformation of Nina Hospitality, leading all digital initiatives, IT projects, Digital Marketing and Loyalty Marketing. Currently, Jack leads the Group CRM department from strategies to implement CCG Hearts to the market.
