Nana Ho is currently serving as Head of Customer Marketing in Moët Hennessy Diageo, the world leading luxury wines & spirits entity within LVMH group, bringing her 20 years’ of experiences in branding, marketing and digital with customer-centred approach to drive commercial success and nurture brand desirability for Moët Hennessy & Diageo brands in Hong Kong and Macau.
Prior to the role, Nana has extensive experiences in brand management, public relations and marketing communications from luxury home appliance, wines & spirits, consumer technology, IoT, arts & design in Hong Kong, Taipei & London. Her earlier years’ working in Ads & PR agencies has also trained her a great creative strategist coupled with strong commercial mind and solid execution skillsets as team lead. Nana’s expertise lies in delivering impactful 360 campaigns with memorable experiences across the digital and physical touchpoints to consumers.
Among all her recent success, she’s most proud of Hennessy x NBA partnership campaign, which garnered multiple awards in the region as well as the commercial achievements. She’s dedicated to creating innovative brand experiences that shape the cultural changes and always interested to explore a better way to have more customer’s smile to the brand.
