Juliana Cen leads HP Indonesia as managing director, bringing more than two decades of cross-sector technology experience in accelerating business growth, driving innovation, and leading impactful digital transformation.

As a transformational leader, Cen has built her career over more than two decades in the technology industry through a consistent trajectory: driving innovation, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth.

Previously, Cen served as ASEAN senior partner development lead at Microsoft, responsible for developing the partner ecosystem and driving digital transformation in the SME and institutional sectors. Prior to joining Microsoft, Cen built her career at ASUS Indonesia over 12 years, culminating as country business lead, where she successfully positioned ASUS as the market leader in consumer notebooks.
