As head of digital lifecycle and analytics at Siloam Hospitals Group, he leads the CRM and patient lifecycle agenda within the commercial directorate. His work is built on a simple conviction: a better patient experience drives stronger commercial performance. Delivering that means working on three fronts at once — developing the technology functions and features that support the journey, improving the internal business processes behind them, and personalising how the organisation communicates with patients along the way.
