Paolo Daniele Serrano is an award-winning business leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning consumer goods, telecommunications and foodservice, with expertise across sales, marketing, operations, P&L management and business growth.

He currently serves as vice president of operations at Gerry’s Group of Restaurants, where he leads operational excellence, commercial performance and brand growth. Prior to this, Serrano was chief operating officer of Kuya J Restaurant and at Max’s Restaurant.

Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and marketing roles at Arla Foods Philippines, Globe Telecom, Mondelēz Philippines and Nestlé Philippines, building a career at the intersection of consumer insight, commercial strategy and execution.
