He is the founder of Hustleshare Podcast, the longest-running startup podcast in the Philippines and one of Asia’s leading entrepreneurship shows, featuring candid conversations with founders, investors, and industry leaders.

Baetiong also founded ChatbotPH, one of the country’s pioneering chatbot development companies, which was successfully acquired by Sterling Paper Group within just 12 months. Earlier in his entrepreneurial journey, he launched Partyphile, one of Asia’s most prominent nightlife discovery apps, redefining how users explore events and experiences.
