Sheila Paul is an experienced business and marketing leader with over two decades of experience building brands, driving customer growth and leading transformation across financial services, technology, media and consumer businesses.

She has held senior leadership roles across companies including Singtel, Telenor, TV5 and Level Up!, working across brand strategy, product marketing, digital, media, content, customer insights and commercial growth.

Most recently, she served as chief marketing officer of Home Credit Philippines, where she led the marketing and communications agenda and was part of the senior leadership team driving customer and business growth.

Throughout her career, she has focused on connecting customer understanding, creativity and digital engagement with measurable business outcomes, while building high-performing teams and new organisational capabilities.

She is particularly interested in how brands can harness changing consumer behaviour, digital platforms and emerging technologies to create meaningful customer relationships and sustainable business growth.
