With nearly two decades of industry experience, Shivanu Shukla is a leading analyst and consultant in the ICT sector, specialising in Contact Center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), customer engagement technologies, customer journey benchmarking, and unified communications and collaboration tools. As the principal advisor at Twimbit, he drives CX research and advisory, journey benchmarking, technology insights, and go-to-market initiatives for leading enterprises.

Formerly serving as associate director at Frost & Sullivan, Shukla led a business unit across the Asia Pacific, overseeing sales, research, and consulting teams. He is also the founder of a SaaS-based education and training platform – Teamie.
