Ian has over a decade of online and offline retail experience across 10+ geographies in Asia, and has led teams and businesses in Malaysia, Cambodia, and Hong Kong. He is currently Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations and eCommerce Merchandising at Mannings Hong Kong and Macau, Hong Kong’s largest health and beauty retailer, where he leads the strategy formulation, trade planning, on-the-ground execution, and P&L of all promotional activities across brick-and-mortar, own site and online marketplace channels. Ian is a firm believer of community involvement, and currently serves as an Executive Committee member of MINDSET Hong Kong, a mental health charity.
