A dynamic and experienced sustainability, marketing and communications professional with a demonstrated history of over 20 years in financial services, FMCG and consultancies, Sze Phing has held various leadership positions including a global brand role overseeing 180 markets. Sze Phing has a consistent track record of positioning companies for success, pursuing new trends and innovations, and always hitting the ground running.

She is currently Group Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Group Marketing & Communications at Malaysia’s leading independent investment bank, Kenanga Investment Bank. Over the last decade at the company, she has led a successful rebranding exercise; clinched regional accolades for creative marketing initiatives; established a sustainability roadmap and framework for the Group, and led the communications strategy for several merger and acquisition exercises. Sze Phing oversees the Group’s media strategy, social media marketing, employee engagement, and sustainability agenda.
