Daryl Ho is managing director of We. Singapore and Malaysia, leading a 100+ strong team across integrated communications, digital, innovation and creative. With over 20 years of experience across ASEAN, he specialises in digital transformation, strategic communications and data-driven marketing, acting as trusted counsel to clients from high-growth startups to global enterprises.

His return to Singapore from overseas in 2017 marked a turning point for the industry, when he pioneered an AI- and data-led predictive model for integrated communications. Under his leadership, We. Singapore has won consecutive recognitions including Marketing Interactive’s B2B Agency of the Year and PR Agency of the Year, and PR Awards Asia-Pacific’s Medium Consultancy of the Year.

He has partnered with clients such as global healthcare leaders including Philips Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, Takeda and Roche, alongside national initiatives such as Beyond The Label and nation-branding work with government agencies including STB, MHA and EDB.
