Diyana Kamar is the head of group corporate communications and sustainability at Pacific Inter-Link (PIL), a global integrated agribusiness and manufacturing group serving markets across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, South America and Europe.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, branding and stakeholder engagement, Kamar brings extensive expertise in shaping corporate reputation, strengthening stakeholder trust and supporting business growth through strategic communications. Her areas of expertise include corporate and executive communications, crisis and issues management, sustainability communications, media relations, internal communications, stakeholder engagement and strategic storytelling.

Throughout her career, she has led communications initiatives across a diverse range of sectors, including FMCG, agribusiness, higher education, professional services, technology, automotive, government and the halal industry. Prior to joining PIL, she held senior communications roles at Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, UNITAR International University and AICPA & CIMA, where she managed communications and stakeholder engagement across the Asia Pacific region.
