She began her career at Fleishman-Hillard, where she drove communication strategies for renowned brands including Malaysia Airlines, Timberland, and Maxis. Her in-house experience spans various industries, including property development, luxury hospitality, B2B manufacturing, and consumer health FMCG.

Most recently, Teo served as the corporate affairs lead for Malaysia and Singapore at Kenvue, where she worked closely with senior leadership on executive and change communications. Leading corporate affairs operations, she also oversaw corporate communications, media engagement, and government relations across both markets—shaping compelling narratives for award-winning campaigns and strengthening brand reputation among key stakeholders.
